My 1st Human Bean experience. I was very excited. I ordered an iced coffee (not a cold brew) just iced coffee with sugar free vanilla. When I got to the window I was asked again what I wanted. I repeated and it appeared the young lady didn't know what I was asking for. So, I re-iterated that I just wanted coffee with ice and sugar free vanilla. I also said you do serve that don't you? She seemed like she wasn't sure but said, yes. When she gave me the tablet to sign I saw it was $5.xx and I thought that was a bit high for just coffee poured into ice. Starbucks isn't even that much. Her response was, "you ordered a 16 oz." I wasn't able to see the detail, but when I got home, I had my email receipt and they charged me for a cold brew which I know is higher than regular coffee and then added extra cost for the sugar free vanilla.
