Wingstop — Restaurant in Los Lunas

A visit to Wingstop in Los Lunas was a nightmare tonight. The fries were undercooked and ice-cold, as confirmed by the manager on camera. Despite a 30-minute wait, there were no trays for dine-in customers offered, and the facility was filthy and filled with smoke, leading to coughing among patrons. To add insult to injury, the manager refunded only $9 for a $27 purchase, despite being given $40 for the transaction originally, further compounding the dismal experience.I really could write on, I am a business owner in Valencia County, I also work with restaurants professionally. I have left a response with corporate as the individuals running this establishment have no regard for sanitation, service and treat guests with malice to say the least. Cussing could be heard from the kitchen and there was an overall aura of disrespect.

Update: General Management contacted me immediately and was very sincere regarding the incident. I hope this is a training moment for staff and it is resolved. As discussed cameras need to be reviewed for services in general the night of 02/28 and swift action taken. Thanks for...

Completely unprofessional I had paid for a order that was $58 dollars 4-5 days ago they didn’t want to take my order told me they had a refund my money spoke to the manager the next day he said they never even started to refund my money so I just called today at 12:41 march 3rd and the manger started being completely unprofessional and being a dick after I asked if a question about how the district manager was supposed to call me about the refund, but I never got a call and all he said it wouldn’t work like that with a real dick attitude all I gotta say is if I don’t get Resolved soon I’m gonna show up at Wingstop and speak to that manager and he’s not gonna like me because that pissed me off. Never have I ever had an experience like this and I work at a fast food got my blood boiling and I don’t know who else to contact so if there is anybody else I can contact please let me know that is higher up than this guy. Tried it out for the first time here in Los Lunas. 2/16/23. My love got an order. It was take out. I pointed out that the name the bag had on it was a guy's name. Not sure if given a Victor's order since the name should have been Victoria. Fries were soggy, and wings were as good as little cesar wings. Had seen comments on Facebook about how fries were not that great, and how orders were wrong for take out. The food that was purchased does not live up to the chain. Understand that it's new, but management is trained to train employees. Management is failing this new location. Was looking forward to the food, because have had great experiences from wingstop before from other locations to include out of state. Yet today's take out was not that good at all. If this wingstop is going to survive in Los Lunas then the quality of food has to change for the better. Guess buffalo wild wings will continue to be the wing place...
