Back in September this location gave me bad food poisoning, as did the people I shared it with. I was nauseous, kept having to go to the bathroom, and overall had a bad time. I wasn't super upset as stuff happens, its life, but felt that I deserved a refund for my experience. After talking with customer services the store manager contacted me regarding the issue, and let's just say she's very rude. Basically accusing me of lying in some vain attempt at a free meal, instead of taking responsibility, and flat out rejecting my refund. I have called customer support half a dozen times, escalating my issue to the manager, the district manager, even corporate, and all these months later and still nothing. I have never seen a business be so greedy and petty over $12 and at this point it's no longer about the money for me but the fact they think they can take advantage of people just because they're a company. I even attempted calling the store directly only to be told by the manager that my refund was rejected, and even after requesting to speak with a higher up and being told they will contact me, I still have not had any contact from their end. This honestly is a bit pathetic, that they go to such lengths to deny me. The food is alright and the prices are good, but that's all it has going for it. If you get sick, good luck getting any empathy from this shady company. Edit: It's February and still not a single attempt to reach out to me. Read moreHorrible experience tonight! First of all the staff: They’re not rude they just can’t seem to listen. I had to repeat myself 3 times today in the drive through. I clearly asked for 6 chicken tacos and a Coke. She said Diet Coke? No a regular Coke! Then I had to repeat that I wanted 6 tacos. Then they had me wait on the side of the building in the parking lot (seems to be a usual thing) I can’t just grab my order from the window. I always seem to have to park on the side and wait. Then when they finally bring out my order they bring my a totally wrong order! I feel like this is all because of the girl at the drive thru order window. I don’t know if she just wasn’t paying attention or what, but what should have been a quick stop to get dinner for my family, turned into a 15 minute wait because they can’t understand what 6 chicken tacos mean. When we finally got home with our dinner, we were relieved we were home for the night. Nope. We get home and unwrap our tacos to find disgusting looking meat on the inside and broken up. It looks like they had taken the last of their chicken and just thrown it into a tortilla. That chicken honestly looked like it could have been a few days old. The tacos were cracking in the middle the food was horrible. We were in a hurry, so I decided to call the manager. She was very rude. She stated her name was Blanca. She didn’t want to give her name, She was arguing with me that she made the tortillas and that that was not true.
