In my experiences this location is good if youāre ordering on-site, but it seems their notification system/practices for online orders could use improvement. Allow me to explain: Iāve ordered ahead on their app three times, (four meals for four people) and of those three times Iāve received SMS text messages, as well as notifications on the App that my order was completed, and ready for pickup. (I received these notifications roughly 20 minutes after orders were placed.) However after arriving to the restaurant to pick up my food, we were told our food was not yet completed, and we waited an additional 30+ minutes each of those three times. When we attempted to address this issue with on-site management in order to understand more clearly, the explanation offered was that ā we have no control of the SMS system, when the food order has begun to be assembled is when the text message for pickup is sent out.ā I have worked in the customer service industry for years, specifically in areas that use SMS notifications for their customers so I understand that time is a valuable asset. Clear communication sets clear expectations and avoids disappointment. The wait is unbelievably too long and people really get agitated because you can not back up to get out of the line. Something needs to be done to correct this problem. In other drive throughs , an employee comes out and starts to take orders to speed things up. Sometimes they have an electronic hand held device or just paper pencil. Anything would help! Also, what I consider to be a hazard is, as you exit it looks like the roadway goes to the right or left. If you go right you hit the curb and can not see why this is happening, You can not see the curb in the car and to the right really is not an exit.You must bear left.
