Burritos Alinstante — Restaurant in Los Lunas

Terrible service.. I walked in because the drive through was backed up with a whopping 3 cars an d they weren't moving, I go in and walk to the counter and the workers don't ask if they can assist they just stared at me with this dumbfounded look on their faces. I asked where do I order my food. The gentleman at on the line points to a kiosk.. I go to order my simple breakfast burrito with an extra meat.. can't do it, the machine doesn't allow it. So I figured I'll build my own.. and the same thing you can only order one protein.. how in the hell is that build your own when you can't build your own.. I mean the food isn't that great but when you're in a pinch it will work.. sometimes. Now I know why I stopped going to this establishment. Just not worth it. Came down for a visit from Arizona and this was on top of our list to try. Sadly, a bit disappointed in the quality of what I remember it being but then again this is a newer location (inside a convenience store) compared from the others in Belen, Lunas and Bosque farms restaurants. We ordered a a breakfast burrito with chicharrones and green Chile, when we opened our little burritos and they were poorly wrapped and some of the ingredients fell to the floor and overall was a very messy burrito; tasted great but I couldn’t enjoy it, and the wait time was very long. I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone who truly wants a great burrito that this place...

The flavor is good .. but this is the most soggy burrito ever . I’ve tried breakfast and lunch and both always soggy , messy, and they never close the burritos fully. I think the fix is to use a bigger tortilla to keep the food inside ! Would you please read all your reviews and take a moment to hear your customers ? Several reviews state that the food all falls out cause you guys don’t roll the burritos correctly , this would be a game changer for you all!!
