Dion's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Lunas

I go to this Dion's frequently, and service is usually great! But, these last few times the kids working there have gotten the orders wrong, and then argued with us about it. They even had to review the phone call I made to place the order to prove that I was right. Then, after they corrected the order, and just gave us the incorrect portion for "free", I took it home and sat down to eat my dinner. While eating my sandwich, I noticed that my turkey and Swiss sub sandwich tasted and smelled shockingly like men's deodorant. I thought for a second that perhaps I'd gotten some on my hands when I'd changed clothes, but I quickly discovered that that was not the case. My deodorant is lavender scented, while whatever was on my sandwich had the aroma of a mushed, musky pine tree. I have no idea what the kids in the kitchen did to my sandwich after our encounter in the drive thru, but I seriously suspect that in the thirty minutes it took them to make the right sandwich, one of them did something inappropriate to it. I'm really displeased with this visit. I can understand irritable staff- they have a difficult job and difficult customers, but rubbing a sub roll on your armpits to spite a paying customer is really out of line. If I could've seen the name tags of the chaps who waited on me I'd report them to their manager, but sadly I didn't. The kid who took my order went by Exekiel, but I doubt he was the one to actually molest my sandwich. I'm so grossed out and disappointed with the decline in food production and quality,idk what or why but I keep trying to give Dion's the benefit of the doubt because they used to be really great service great customer service now it's very rude very rushy rush and no one's polite on top of that over the past several several months I've the salads which used to be always great and full now they're half empty the pizza is always really really greasy so I've learned to ask to get it cooked well done to prevent the extra grease and chewy dough. Today I tried the sub sandwich turkey and swiss which I hadn't had in a while cuz the last time they put all kinds of seasoning in it and it was really salty and bad especially for the diet I'm on as I cannot have a lot of sodium so I remember calling and complaining about that also they put salt in my sweet tea and said someone must have got the sugar mixed up with the salt. After that I hadn't eaten there in several months until today I ordered a turkey and swiss on whole wheat I came home and when I opened the box I immediately smelt fishy smell idk why I ignored it and ate the sandwich and immediately spit it out 🤮😭 I do not like fish and I tasted it in my sandwich.....I'm so done with...

Ordered a large pepperoni and bacon. Went to drive up and paid. Was told to drive ahead and park until the order was ready. Waited and waited and finally called Dions. I explained to the male representative that I was waiting for my order and he said he would get the manager. I was left on hold. After a few more minutes I finally went inside and told the people including the manager about my disappointment with the lack of service and asked them if they wanted my business. The manager said nothing and then brought my order. When I got home and examined the pizza closer, I saw that there were no more than 5 to 6 bits of bacon on the whole pizza. This is the, not first, not second, but third time you have done this to what would seem to be a simple large pepperoni and bacon pizza. We spend a lot of money at Dions, and never get properly compensated for our inconvenience and lack of proper customer service.
