On our last trip to New Mexico we couldn't make it to the Las Cruces farmers market where we usually get our fix of biscochitos. We were there for a week and in that time we couldn't find anywhere else selling them. My wife was super disappointed. Leading up to Christmas, facebook seemed to read my mind and showed me an ad for Celina's Biscochitos in Albuquerque telling me to place my holiday order before November 30th. Ah, I thought, what a great idea for a fun Christmas gift for my wife after her missing out on them on our last visit. I ordered a dozen traditional and a dozen green chile pecan.
