Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I watched as this woman’s order was called she walked back up to the counter. I’m assuming they had to remake her order. The tan skin, curly Hair girl told her that she would have to take back the order that was messed up and they gave her the fresh one. She had been eating it. The lady said well the lady gave them to me said y’all were just going to throw them away anyway. She said she knows she just had to take them back. She thru it in the trash and the lady said well can I get another sauce y’all just thru my sauce away the girl said she would have to charge her a dollar for another. The lady asked if she could just please have another sauce. The girl handed her the card reader. The lady clearly upset now grabbed her bag and walked off. The next order came to the counter. The lady asked for 1 regular pretzel and 1 regular sugar with a cheddar sauce and icing. They run her card, bag her food and hand her the bags. It’s the nuggets, the lady said I didn’t ask for this I wanted regular. Now this Asian-Chinese American woman (my apologies if she’s not) is ringing in the orders. She tells her she’ll have to re-ring in her order. She over charged her so she had to cancel the card payment and swipe her card again. Some how the Anne’s worker (asian woman) gets upset with the lady because she’s upset she had to have her card ran twice because the worker wasn’t listening. She started yelling “it’s okay , it’s okay” causing a scene. The lady was calm, a bit upset but cool she said I know if you would got my order right. The worker looses it and I even had to jump in and tell her she was wrong. I told her she’s yelling at this lady as if she messed up her order. She was cutting up so bad I didn’t want the pretzels no more nor did several other customers behind me who witness this behavior. She said good leave. We asked for cooperates number and her name she said shanayna, cool shanaynay. They have a number posted on the plastic I took a picture and picture of the worker. I walked away. Called the number to file a complaint and it’s not the right number!! I went back I asked the girl at the counter for a card. She said she don’t know she just started working there. I went to were they were making pretzels and looked for the worker and told her that is not cooperates number that is some people taking care of pregnant women. She yelled at me clapping to google it. That was it, she got to irate for my liking and she needed to be told about her careless behavior with customers. She threatened to call the police I told her please do. She comes from the back on the phone like she’s so scared now, trying to keep the peace when in the picture below she’s literally begging us to call cooperate. Mall security came and they can’t do much. So I just left. I googled the number and they are closed today but promise you and me there will be calls made on her behalf. I purchased food at 2:46. After ordering from another place I sat and ate the cinnamon nuggets at 3:10 in the food court. They were hard and taste old. I then went and asked how long have they been sitting and if I can change them out. I was told it’s policy after 20 minutes they cannot be exchanged and that new ones come out 30 minutes. I said okay and three them in the trash.. I watched the manager I believe ( Asian woman ) take out 3 other cups of nuggets at 3:23. My point is if the food is being removed every 30 minutes it would have been done way before 3:23! Those nuggets taste like they been sitting all day not for 20 minutes at all! I will never eat at this...

Never have a problem using a coupon in Georgia with getting a cinnamon pretzel versus a salt one. I am allergic to salt. I used my coupon. The cashier did not want to take my order and the another member took my order. She asked did I want her to count my change back out to me? Isn't that what they are suppose to do? This place is rude and nasty. She gave me a plastic bag earlier but I had to ask for one once I picked up my 2 pretzel dogs....
