Bamboo Cafe — Restaurant in Louisiana

The bun bo hue is best at this location... I think this store is under new management.. somehow the portions have gotten alot smaller ( kid size) and Tea doesnt even taste like tea .its is watered down.. use to be my favorite spot for bun bo hue .. but now i dont know what happened .. things has changed and in my eyes not for good .. For the price give customers what they pay for.. not what u predict what they can eat. Its really sad when something that was so great is now changing for the worst. I hope management...

Combination po-boy was amazing. Perfect portion size and it was only $5. Also got to try the beef jerky salad which a mix of green papaya, peanuts, basil, a spicy beef jerky, and a dressing.
