Just moved to the Parish & this was my wecolme. I’ve worked in restaurants & this was not acceptable service whatsoever. When asked for a manager, was told “not one here”. When I attempted to discuss the issue (missing items out of my order) with wait staff, was told “well you see we are busy, what do you want us to do” as if that excuses the other sever messing up my initial order. I asked “well what do you do in these situations, what are your procedures? When you mess up an order do you fire another on the fly, do you not?” Was told to deal pretty much. Even said “well how did you get it cooked” as if their mistake was mine. Now what I do have is cold & I am still missing a meal. Horribly nasty server. I waited an hour for 2 burger & chicken tenders. As I observed the dining in room & kitchen, it is dirty. The BOH staff doesn’t wear gloves when preparing the food & the FOH staff touches their hair & face before bringing food to the table. Add on the bad attitudes because they are “busy” which they were not, several tables were empty. They treated “certain” customers great though. I would not recommend this...

We were greeted by a server immediately upon arriving, and then seated. Our server took the time to explain things on the menu, letting us know their best sellers, as well as her personal favorites (I asked what she preferred). Our drinks were brought right away, and then our food came fairly quickly, as well. The grilled chicken atop my salad was delicious and juicy, having that fantastic fresh-off-the-grill flavor. The salad, itself, was huge, having iceberg and red-leaf lettuce, as well as strips of fresh green bell pepper, diced ripe tomatoes, and sliced fresh mushrooms. Of course, it was topped with the perfect (for me) amount of large, crunchy croutons. My only disappointment was that I felt such a fabulously prepared and presented salad should also have had REAL bacon as a topping, and not the fake bacon bits that come in a bottle. For that, I only gave 4 stars, and not 5.

My husband, a hamburger connoisseur, loved his burger, saying it was cooked perfectly. The fries were very crispy, light, and not greasy at all. Overall, we both left quite full, and very happy.

Me and my family came in from out of town and seen the great reviews so we decided to stop in. We ordered 4 steak dinners ( 3 well done and one med well) it took over an hour to get out food. We were understanding because we know it takes a while longer. When the food finally arrived the well done t bones (2) were burnt and dry. We asked to have one to be taken off because it was never ate off just cut because my aunty could not eat it. The waitress went to have it taken off but was told by the cook that it was eaten off so we had to pay, we asked if they would make another one and was told no that we can call the manager in the morning because there was not any kind of management on duty tonight. It is unsettling that you can pay 25+ for a steak that is burnt and can't have the option to have it cooked properly a second time. I would not recommend ordering a steak from them...
