Lol if you asked me why we keep ordering from here (or any other taco bell in the area) I couldn't give an answer outside of sheer convenience. 5 layer no beans. Has beans. Order a cravings box? Missing the main entre (in this case my cheezit crunch wrap) you want a baja or dragon fruit freeze? Pay for it and still get a small soda. It's laughable really. Yall don't even roll the cheese roll ups. Cheese folds is the running joke in our house. We've come to expect sub par experiences with take out and if you even so much as possess enough audacity to go through the drive through, don't worry, they will be as rude as you don't want/need them to be as well as they won't wait for you to finish your order before throwing you the total (if that) and directing you to pull forward to the drive through window. Read moreLast night I ordered 12 pack of soft beef tacos; when I got to the window I waited 15 minutes until the drive thru guy come back and tell me the machine that cooks their meat went down and the beef takes 30 minutes to unfreeze. He then tells me we have enough to make 4 beef and the rest all chicken so I accepted. When I got home all the tacos were extremely cold. They didn’t give us an chicken, the cook covered it up with lettuce. I called the store and they NEVER ANDWER THE PHONE!!!! Read moreI work for an ambulance company in Baton Rouge, LA. I went to this Taco Bell to attempt to get the 50% discount for medical personell, and I displayed my registration card. The manager proceeded to deny my discount by very rudely stating that, because I was "wearing sunglasses and a bahama shirt on a Saturday" and was not on duty at the moment, I don't count. The sign clearly says discount applies with valid medical ID, it does not say you need to be on shift. Ambulances don't fit throught the drive thru and they refuse to let us walk through the drive thru, so I don't know how they expect us to come through on shift. Nurses and doctors can only go by when they're off work, so it makes no sense. Medical personell on their off days need support, too, and the manager of this store clearly does not value the medical first responders...
