If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I would rather eat 4 day old MCDonalds fries than to give you all another penny. I have tried to support this location ever since it opened BUT I can no longer do it. What type of manger doesn’t come and address any issues that a guest is having but sends a server to let me know that he wasn’t coming because he was cooking?! Is this how you rectify things Burgersmith???? Do you only have one manager and he also happens to be the one person that cooks the food?! How does a side order of fries take 20-30 mins to come out? This last month this place has really gone in the toilet. The bartender on this Good Friday morning really saved the day because I almost lost it! How can you treat paying customers like this!! Hey guys save your time and go wait for the McDonald ice cream machine to start working down the street. It’ll prob start working by the time you get your fries from Burgersmith. If I could rate this place lower than a one I would. My server Tristian was absolutely AMAZING. However, the manager is absolutely awful. He approached my table very aggressively and honestly the experience left a more distasteful flavor in my mouth than the stale fries. My friends and I came in and there were not one, not two, but THREE PEOPLE at the host stand who sat us to our table, and we walked in with a drink and water bottle. No one said a thing about it, yet he felt the need to quickly run up to our table and LOUDLY tell us drinks weren’t allowed, that’s it. Did not tell us an “I’m sorry” or “you’ll have to remove this please”. Then came back five minutes later, placed his hand onto our table and spoke down to us and yelled “YOU NEED TO GET RID OF THESE NOW”. First of all, Anna was great. She is awesome at taking care of the customer. Great smile. Makes sure you got what you need. Even though she was awesome I have to be honest about the food. Was not her fault. Burger had no flavor. Everything was super greasy. Worse than McDonalds. Menu said they use their spice. I don't know which one though. I ordered the garlic butter fries. They were either old or they died quick. Know what I mean? I asked for extra Smith Sauce or whatever they call it. Tasted kinda weird. Maybe the cook just messed up. I don't know. But the place looks and feels like a great place to have a burger. Great vibe. The service, food, and vibe all have to be connected though.
