My whole life, I've always felt unable to truly be a kid. Chuck e cheese was the solution that I didn't know I needed. It's a place where a kid can truly be a kid - there are no taxes, bills, scary clowns, or people telling you that you'll never be worth anything in life here. All was fine and dandy until I tried their new Mac and cheese pizza. This was the pivotal point in my life where I discovered I had severe lactose intolerance. Within 30 minutes of eating the pizza, I felt my stomach rumble with the power of a magnitude 7 earthquake as I was playing ducky splash. I immediately abandoned my game, which brought tears to my eyes as a snot-nosed baby took over and was playing using my credits. Ignoring this, I sprinted to the bathroom with such speed that even Usain Bolt could not have beat to that stall. I chose wisely and entered the handicap stall, knowing that the bars on the side of the stall would be of great help to me. Unfortunately, due to the sheer power of the ensuing diarrhea, I ripped the bars clean off of the wall. The stench immediately engulfed the entire store, as people in both the lobby and the kitchen were supposedly complaining about the smell of sewage. Little did they know, my body was acting like one of those automatic self - dispensing air fresheners that spray every 15 minutes, however, with a smell that a name couldn't even do justice. I went through two whole rolls of toilet paper after cleaning off not only myself, but the excess that had somehow gotten on the walls and floor. The stall looked like a very bad day in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. If it weren't for the excellent staff consistently replacing the toilet paper every night, my life would have been ruined. After exiting the bathroom, all of the customers and staff gave me funny looks. Except, of course, the woman that was working in the kitchen on this fine morning. Although I wasn't entirely convinced that she hadn't set me up by feeding me this delicious pizza, she was at least the only one who didn't look at me with disgust, and was instead smiling at me. I'm pretty sure she was just laughing at me, but I prefer to believe she was giving me a friendly, reassuring smile as if to say "it'll all be okay now my child." This was the day that I unfortunately realized that I am, in fact, a grown man who can no longer be a kid anymore. Thank you, chuck e cheese, for not only assisting me in the discovery of my chronic lactose intolerance, but also the enjoyment of being a kid one last time before I had to flush...

We stayed for a hour when we went to redeem our points the manager Meghan was working the toy area and told us we had to go to the front to redeem our e points okay cool. JaAden was working the front and was trying her hardest to help us but poor thing couldn't get it. She asked the Meghan "the manager" to help us and she refused. It took 25 mins for someone to come from the back to help us redeem our e points. Got then redeemed went to the toy area to cash the points in Meghan "the manager" looked us in our face and turned and walked away and sent JaAden to help us. Meghan is very rude and unprofessional and truly does not need to be in that line of work if she going to treat people like that. JaADEN WAS GREAT!!! You can see she felt bad for the way we were treat by the so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI booked this location for my sonās birthday party. The most important of the the day is chuck e cheeese coming out and greeting the party. My son and his cousins were completely ignored. Chuck E. Cheese bypass the party table and went straight into the crowd of strangers that was not involved with the party. This was unprofessional and really sad. How dare they ignore my son. When I spoke with the manager. She made excuses about it being the employee first time. No excuses should be made. My son was robbed a birthday moment. I have 3 min of video footage of my child being ignored. Be mindful when coming to this location. You will have to demand the attention. The manager making excuses is even more...
