Debbie's Snowballs — Restaurant in Louisiana

We stopped and got a strawberry banana shake, vanilla shake, and vanilla ice cream after taking our son to the park after awards day for 5th grade leaving elementary school into middle school. The staff were so friendly who worked there. I give 5 stars bc this place is so sentimental. My Mimi would take me here when I was pregnant with my son for vanilla milkshakes, and then my pops used to bring my son here for vanilla ice cream(they’re fave) while he was still alive. They’re both gone now, but what’s still here is this snowball stand and the memories I have coming here as a kid growing up, Highschool football games, etc. the most important is the memories both my son and I have had with my grandparents here. God rest their souls. So thank you, Debbie’s snowballs for always being there physically, even when some of our loved ones can’t🫶🏼. I pray you stay in business and prosper...

I don't know what to praise higher, their fantastic products that are LITERALLY the talk of the town... OR their dedication to the community and all of the selfless giving back that they've done throughout the years.

I, quite literally (and I don't mean it in the "actually" / "literally" way that kids throw around these days), heard about their awesome products the day I moved to the area in early 2002 for a job. It was a few months after until I was able to enjoy one. My mouth is watering now.

I have worked along side them at charity events and other public events where they have selflessly given their time all day, or for days.

Most snowcone stands still run the old fashioned way and only take cash, so I do like the convenience of being able to use a card or even my phone to pay here.

The sundaes and desserts are delicious. I would definitely recommend that be the purchase you make over their snowballs. Especially considering the actual dessert is typically included when you get a sundae, like the brownie or pie ones.

Their snowballs have great flavors and options, but their ice is a little chunky and crunchier than my preference when I see “snowballs”. It reminds me more of Kona ice or a slush.
