National Video Superstore — Local services in West Monroe

Not one of the employees acknowledged us as we walk in, picked out two movies last night, we get to the counter to pay and the two female employees ignored us for almost two minutes. Another couple walked up behind us and the cashier calls them to go ahead of us like we had not been standing there all that time. We get behind the couple and stand in line again. Get to the register and handed the cashier my i.d, when she gave it back to me she laid it on the counter instead of handing it back to me. This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen or heard of. We kept 3 rentals a few days over our return date, then today we went in to rent some more, and pay off our late fees. The total charges came to $52.00!!! We said some not very nice comments, and told them we would not be returning, and the girl working the front counter acted like nothing was wrong, and then proceeded to tell us they had got an older gentleman for $80.00 this morning on his late charges. They are very rude, I GREATLY ADVISE ANYONE FROM GOING TO THIS STORE! THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO ROB...

I lost 4 national video movies along with everything else I owned in a flood this year. While I was dealing with everything they said they understood and would only charge me $60+ for the videos. I told them give me some time to take care of everything. 30 days later they send me a bill for $263.16 I said that's absurd and I won't pay it. They sent that amount to collections. National video has lost more then that in my business. Most local businesses were helping flood victims....
