I told them that they had 12 and they said ok Iā€™ll be there in 5 minutes. I showed up and spoke in person with the one I spoke with on the phone. And suddenly it was no longer what he spoke with me on the phone. Obviously I didnā€™t try any of the food. But I can tell you the customer service was embarrassing!

Let me just say this as been the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever seen. My daughter got sick tonight at their restaurant; while I was away tending to my SICK child and my husband ran our youngest to the bathroom, we had a set of women come to our table moving our dishes around. These women placed dirty dishes on top of food that was still there to be eaten. Not once did they ask if we were still intending on eating what we had left or would like to take the rest to go.

Once we called to our SERVER AND MANAGERS ATTENTION the incident at hand asking for only the portion of meals ruined by the employees could be replaced we were refused and told that they would not replace nor compensate the portion ruined.

Not to mention please let me add while trying to politely explain the incident to our SERVER AND MANAGER. We had the unnecessary noise of one of the women who personally ruined our food speaking over us running her mouth. Talking DOWN about my family.

Needless to say instead of handling this situation in a professional manner. Neither I nor any of my family eat El Jarrito's again.

We went for lunch, the guy who checked us out was on the phone speaking Spanish the whole time, printed receipt & we paid & walked out. Got in the car and saw we were charged what would have been super prices($51) For 2 adults 1 kid. Was told there was nothing they could do since we walked out the door and that we wanted to speak with the managerā€¦ manager was on vacation and would be till Jan 15th. I consistently observed a high volume of patrons at this restaurant, and having finally had the chance to visit today, I am pleased that I did. The staff member I met was exceptionally courteous. I placed an order for takeout, and upon arriving home, I found that my meal was prepared precisely according to my specifications. The steak was notably flavorful and cooked to perfection. Given the restaurant's convenient location near my residence, I anticipate visiting more frequently...
