Taco Bandido — Restaurant in West Monroe

Me and my father normally quite enjoy Taco Bandito as it is a rather speedy and nice place for quick food. He has only ever had one major issue which is the tiny amount of guacamole that is given with Taco Salads. He has no issue paying money for things he wants and explicitly stated he wanted to buy a larger container of guacamole to go with his salad. Erica did looked at him and acknowledged his statement without saying anything against his request. Carry on to when we are getting our order, he asks the girl working who made his salad how big the container of guacamole was and she ignored him, followed up with saying “One” when he asked again. It is noteworthy to say that she did not even look in our direction or attempt to actually pay attention. He got a bit frustrated when she just gestured at a cup without answering him when he asked again. He then told the girl bagging it at the drive through that it wasnt complete and why. She proceeded to say that they do not sell it though it is clearly on the menu above our heads, even if it is with a side of chips. He explained he thought he was paying for it and she deflected it looked past him toward the Host without even attempting to actually assist in either letting him buy the order with chips. He got frustrated and we left. I personally found the interactions lacking honestly a bit rude. Will personally not be stopping if the host or small girl who was making...

I had just about given up on Mexican food in this town. I decided to stop in this restaurant and order a taco to see if I would like it. This place has great tacos. I ordered a margarita and got my money's worth. It's sad when you can go to a fast food Mexican restaurant and get better food than at a sit down restaurant like Chili Verde or Don Thomas. I'm impressed with the Tacos and margarita they didn't simp on the fixing and they have seasoned the meat. I will be back here to try other items from the menu. (Edit) ok. so lately we haven't been going out to eat here because for some reason they haven't been draining the grease off the meat and the tacos have been really sloppy to the point where you open the wrapper and the grease has run out and under the taco and when you pick it up the meat falls to the wrapper. Not good at all! After that first visit we went back there three times and it was still really good but then it changed and our next three experiences were super greasy. I asked why they didn't drain the grease and they told me that they did but it still had a lot of grease in it. Personally I think your not done until the grease is out. All you have to do is pour it into a strainer and wait a bit. Really it's not that hard. I hope they figure it out before I stop going...

One of the best places to get great food cheap the trick is to use the hot sauce that comes with the food as it radically changes the way it tastes but I tend to eat a bit of everything when it comes to this type of food but to each their own but I digress this restaurant really has it all they provide a lot of food and provide a substantial amount whether you're dining in or getting it to go their food will make you full and keep you that way and it's cheap enough to order more and have leftovers my wife and I eat here frequently ever since the prices went up at some of the nearby restaurants in the area and it's been a lifesaver I went from spending the same amount of money with barely anything to actually feeling satisfied after finishing my meal if you've never had it before give it a try and I will say this though for some it may need seasoning but besides that its practically the perfect go to spot when you want to eat but...
