I recently visited Domino's located at 17278 Airline Hwy Ste A. Prairieville, La 70769. On 5/14/23 at 9:28pm (order #1443) I unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my concerns about the overall situation and professionalism of the establishment.
First and foremost, I was taken aback to see some of the staff members eating around the food preparation area. This practice is extremely unsanitary and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained at this Domino's location. Food safety should always be a top priority, and witnessing such behavior was deeply unsettling.
Moreover, the lack of professionalism among the staff was evident throughout my visit. They appeared indifferent and disinterested in providing quality customer service. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial for management to address and rectify such issues promptly. I called a spoke with a manager but I felt she was not interested in hearing my complaint. Unfortunately, I did feel like she was going to even speak with the 2 guys I saw eating. One of the guys was eating some kind of food with a fork & drinking a drink right where the food is prepared, not washing his hands in between. The other guy was a little older and he was eating directly from the toppings, seeing this made me sick to my stomach. I wanted to puke. As a customer, I expect a higher level of quality.
While I have been a loyal customer of Domino's in the past, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will not be going back and spending my money with them in the future. I hope that the management takes immediate steps to address the concerns raised here and improve the overall quality of service.

I said to the lady at the window nicely to PLEASEEe just hold my pizza cuz I will just pay online. Mind you Iāve already more than 20 minutes this time. But itās okay that not so bad. After I pay online and ask for my pizza they said itās not ready. I told them it should be ready I saw the pizza already. They said I have to wait since it comes in as second order. So Iāve waited another 30 minutes. When I came in to see them. The girl said they just put it in the oven. So another 10 minutes. Waited in the car but after it passed 10 mins I just drove off. I havenāt gotten refunded yet Iām gonna have to call. This place has been so good the last decade except for yesterday... like the girl on the drive by window just donāt have any consideration at all I had 3 kids in tow with me. I understand that their busy but having someone come back 3x and wait more than an hour is just too much... Iām very patient because I used to work in the food and service dept but yesterday I lost all my patience.

Well, I went back yesterday after several weeks! And the service was fast and accurate! So I edited my rating fr 1 star to 4 starsā¦. I think as a responsible reviewer thatās a fair thing to do! To give a try and consider and average the good...

We ordered our usual pepperoni pizza and Brooklyn style extravaganza no black olives on oneside and the other side no Italian sausage. I looked up there current cov-19 policy, which said please where your mask if you come inside to pick up a carry out order. Well, my husband goes inside because the drive-thru lane had 3 cars in it. When he gets inside the only employee with their mask on is the employee taking orders on the phone. No cooks are wearing a mask, nor the ones cutting the pizzas. So why ask the customer to wear a mask when those fixing the pizza isn't wearing a mask. Just wandering! We got the pizzas home. The Extravaganza pizza looked like they ran out of toppings. Very slim on all the toppings, so much that 2 slices just had cheese. The pepperoni pizza was half folded over and very unevenly cut. The taste were horrible. We want to support the local businesses in the area during this cov-19 time, but if this is the quality of food we will receive, no thank you. We will continue cooking and making our own...
