I typically get the same order every single week this week. I tried a new location, and this is the product that I received the first time I sent it to Remade the employee Who A very negative demeanor turned around and said just to let you know we weigh the cheese bread . So I asked if the reason why you can’t make it the way I typically get it. It’s because you are now using a scale is it a way I can pay to receive it the way I’ve been receiving it for years And another employee said that they cannot charge to make it the way I want, which is fine. The order was a very simple cheese bread, classic cheese bread with just cheese the employee Said that he had actually never seen the inside of a stuffed cheesy bread. Which is kind of alarming because when I work for Dominos when I was younger, every single time we train the employee we train them how to make everything on our menu and we also make sure they taste it so they can understand what the customer was supposed to be tasting. I even remember going to classes to learn new things that came on the menu so I know this isn’t a lack of Dominos, but maybe a lack of Training from the manager, he wasn’t the only one who said that he never seen the inside of a cheesy bread but I posted both sets I left without getting my money back bc they made me feel like I was asking for something I didn’t pay for… I I gave it all to them And said keep the money it’s not worth all of the negativity I just drove to another location to repay for the proper quality without the attitude...
Read moreI worked at this dominos a couple weeks ago, I had to find another job due to the hostile work environment. The GM would allow the ladies working there to take deliveries from other people and leave other drivers with no tip deliveries. The GM Shay took my rental a jeep gladiator had a wireless key fob. Got in the jeep while I was inside doing dishes and drove and hid it in the grocery store parking lot. The GM also told me I should answer her calls while on the road with flash flooding and limited visibility. My car broke down in the parking lot impending the flow of traffic, which i had to leave where it could be hit to help her with oven. I was on the oven for over an hour and when I told her I had to go and take of my vehicle she said not to come back. Turned around cussed out a customer dropping multiple F bombs for hitting his vape in the lobby when ik for a fact the employees hit there vape next to the oven and make line.
