Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They had like 3 pizzas on their screen and a handful in the oven, but I and 2 others had to wait 20 minutes for our carryout orders--and I called 15-20 minutes ahead of time! The delay on my order was a chicken product, and when I got home the cheesesticks that had been sitting there the whole time I waited were still hot from the warming racks, but the pizza, also on the racks, was ice cold and gross. I have to wonder if they gave me a very old pizza from a canceled order or a mistake. It was a waste of money. The woman helping the carryout customers was all over the place and gave me the pizzas without even having me pay (I did, of course, but she was surprised when I told her I needed to pay still). And on top of it all, the only reason we ordered was for my son's school night, and they told us that we needed to GO to another store (they said David Drive!! why would I go all the way over there after being at this one?!) to get them to give the school credit. I called 2 other stores and was told this was not true. I will definitely not be back to this...

I ordered a pizza from this location this past Saturday, It was my first time in 6 years ordering from this Domino's. I took 1 bite of my pizza and brought it straight back to them. The reason why I haven't ordered from them in years is the food sucked then. I thought that I would give them another try and they proved to me again to never spend my money there. Saturday when I walked in to return the gross pizza, I told them that your food was awful 6 years ago and it's still awful today. The manager didn't apologize, or offer me something else or even offer to return my money. You could clearly see that I only took 1 bite of it. I really don't even want to give them 1 star but I had to if I wanted to post...

We ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and received a red sauce pizza with Philly meat. No peppers, onions, or mushrooms, no white sauce or American cheese. In this economy when you set aside money to ‘treat yourself’ with a pizza and end up with a standard menu item being made so wrong, its extra disappointing. We'd have been more satisfied with pizza lunchables. I hate leaving low star reviews, but this wasn't some special request… its a regular menu item, and we get to eat out less than once a month. The recipe is literally on google. Ive never worked at a pizza place and I'm positive I could have done better...
