Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

I came here the other night I ordered online and got two of the $5.99 cravings boxes. I get home and notice i didn’t have my cinnamon twist and they messed up my quesadilla and burrito, so I came this afternoon to see if they could fix it cause I tried to call the night that it happened but nobody answered. So they made my order again but it was wrong for a second time. There was no clarification or them making sure my order was right this time. I wouldn’t have made a big dead about it but I went inside the night it happened and gave the two workers $5 each before I knew my order was messed up. I’m grateful that they re made my order but there needs to be some better customer service and they need to make sure they get the right order my asking the customer if there order is right...

Usually decent, but was starving and tired at 2AM on Sunday, June 24, 2018 and ordered a Gordita Crunch Box, Mexican pizza, and something else for my husband. Tried to order a quesadilla, but when I asked for extra sauce (they out none last time), I was told they were out of sauce... The guy at the ordering window didn't even let me finish speaking, so after each word I got out, he said, "KAY." very quickly. Whatever. I get home, and my pizza has no sauce on top, the top of the pizza was literally smooshed to the top of the box because he threw the contents that were supposed to be inside a box combo on top of my pizza, and the bottom tortilla was folded over on itself. This Taco Bell usually is a pretty good one. Maybe they were just in a hurry tonight...got a chicken Power Bowl salad. First they forgot the guacamole then I had to hunt for the few pieces of chicken, and it was half the size that it usually is. Could also be someone new working there that really didn't know how to make the salad right. I drove 20 miles home....I am not driving an additional 40 miles(round trip) just to get the guacamole that they forgot or tell them about the chicken shortage.
