FLYING DOLLY’S — Restaurant in Louisiana

First let me say that I visit this snowball stand multiple times per week & i always come in the evenings. Today I arrived at 6:40 and I noticed that the line was much longer than usual. I decided to sit in my car for a few minutes to see if the line would decrease before ordering. Once the line got a little shorter i decided to walk over and begin waiting to place my order. I was greeted by an employee that was very rude and stated they would not be taking any more orders. I explained to her that it was not yet 7:00 and that i always get my snowballs at this time. She said there was nothing she could do. Upon walking back to my car I over heard the employee speaking about me with the other customers in line and laughing, when i looked back at her she shrugged her shoulders to reiterate that she did not care. She was very inconsiderate and left a bad taste in my mouth. This is my FAVORITE snowball stand and i’ve been coming here since they first opened! they have the best snowballs in town & this is the first time i have experienced such rude...

It's a pretty good Snowball spot. It might be one of the few places I've been to that is staffed with young high schoolers,but actually give good service. I don't know if the self ordering screen was working or if we did something wrong,but placing the order went smoothly. It was after school so it was a mad house in there,but the staff handled the rush fine. It was a pretty good snowball and the fact that they had condensed milk was awesome. Even some places in the city don't have condensed milk so this was the only snoball addition I needed. Also Im not a fan of ice cream sandwiches,but whatever they're doing over here works. Id make a stop here again if Im in the area. Parking is kinda crazy when they're packed so be prepared...

I have been in line for 11 minutes. There is no one in front of me. Out of all 5 people working here not ONE even looked up to acknowledge myself or my daughter. When I asked when the owner would be available the rude employee making the snowballs rudely said “ I don’t know”, and when I said no one even acknowledged us yet she said “We are really busy”!! How absolutely rude. A male employee finally told me the owner Jeff would be available this evening. This established will never get a penny of my money or my business ever again.
