Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Mandeville

This was my 1st visit here - scheduled my 1st meeting of 2025 & who I was meeting chose this place & im so happy she did ! Let me start by saying the atmosphere - when you walk in you’re acknowledged - I walked up to the counter & there was Grace at the counter I advised her it was my 1st visit there & I was super excited - she was very knowledgeable of the menu - shared recommendations with me & also advised that you can sample whichever chicken salad you like & as many as you’d like . Very impressive so I narrowed it down to 2 options; sampled & made a decision the Olivia’s Old South along with some broccoli & cheddar soup . When I tell you it was delicious , served with a fresh pickle slice , butter crème frosted cookie yum 😋 & as we were sitting Grace came over & dropped off a cookie & said “a cookie for you as a first time guest” wow 😳 can I say yummie yum ? Now, let me tell you about the managers I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas & Jeffrey - very professional , friendly & actually snapped a few pics with me & of my friend & I . Thank you guys -as I always try to do all my google reviews whether Good or Bad - these guys were very nice ! I highly recommend you trying them if you have not ! 4/1 I would just like a consistent good sandwich. If I ask for extra lettuce, why does it decrease the full amount of chicken salad? I am asking for something additional and being charged for such so why decrease another portion? Doesnt make a lot of sense. Love the food but you need someone who is consistent in the kitchen. If Im paying $10-$12 for a sandwich and chips with a drink, lets make it right. Especially when chicken salad is one of the cheapest things to make. 5/2 After several more visits, still no change. Now when i ask for extra lettuce, the tomato is also left off. Why? I order and ask for lemon as well, nothing provided when i got my food. Had to ask a second time. I go to this chicken salad chick all the time. The lady at the window was super nice as always I ordered two pounds of two different kinds and a half pound, when I got home I only had one pound and two half pounds. I saw on my receipt they charge for the full pound so I called and talked to Jeff he was nice took all my info and told me how he would make it right. Then I receive text messages that say he reviewed the video and I received my food and he wouldn’t be leaving any notes for anything free. Number one it’s not about free it’s about getting what I paid for Number two be fire you send a text stating what you won’t do make sure you are clear on what you heard in the conversation.
