Go in and place $50 to go order with my daughter. Food was fresh and looked good so was happy at that point. Get home and our 2 orders of queso and chips aren’t in the bag. Call up there and get “manager” who says only option is to drive back up and get it. I explained we just attended MHS graduation and are now home and eating and I asked if he could just email me a gift certificate or credit my charge card. He stated he would verbally tell everybody who worked there that I am “owed” 2 orders of queso when I come in at future date. The whole conversation felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode and even after pointing out to the “manager” he had yet to apologize for their mistake we concluded the call never getting an apology. Extreme lack of professionalism, no customer service with issues, frantic and disorganized aura inside the establishment and a obvious lack of training. Returning here is questionable at best. Read moreUsed to be great. The young lady who prepared my food acted as if the food was coming out of her paycheck. Since when is 1 scoop of rice enough? And when I ask for another scoop, you put probably 1/5 of the previous scoop? So, I ask for another and get the same piss poor proportion. This was across the board. But that’s not even the worst part. My wife and I got there at open. And the small portion of protein I received WASNT EVEN FRESH! IT WAS THE REMAINING MEAT FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT THAT WAS REHEATED!!!!! PROBABLY FROM A MICROWAVE!!!!! Portions: Veggies - Poor Protein - Poor Pico - Poor Mild sauce - Quarter Cup Queso? paid for a portion, got a 1/4 portion.
Spend $30 get $4 worth of food.
Used to be able to spend $30 for 2 here and be happy. Now I regret spending money here. Everytime! I’ll try the Covington one Going forward. I just hope the Mandville owner doesn’t own the...
Read moreThis was the last chance I was giving Chipotle, after being burned by another location. I'm now convinced that every Chipotle is subpar and just won't waste my time or money anymore.
The workers were very nice, but the portions were miniscule. They were out of chicken on the line so they used a tiny plastic cup to grab some that was being chopped. That tiny bit for 3 tacos. There was about 4 chunks of chicken on each. Then they split one spoonful of pico between the 3 and I had to ask for extra.
Finally we sat down to eat and halfway through my first taco, I bite something hard. It was a chicken bone. Yes, I get that chickens have bones. But it wasn't expected and could have caused issues if I'd swallowed it. I was too scared to eat the rest so I ate my chips while my husband finished his steak bowl.
So moral of the story...chew carefully. Parents...check...
