Absolutely the worse customer service I've ever experienced. If you want good service and food go to the north Baton Rouge location. This was my first time at the Prairieville location and my very last. They brought me undercooked biscuits and the assistant manager Tia acted like they were doing me a favor by redoing my biscuits. As she said, didn't we bring you some new biscuits so....I was so appalled at her response. They claimed Frank 3rd was in the kitchen, however, he couldn't be bothered to come speak me about the issue I was having with the extremely rude and confrontational Tia. If he is sending out undercooked food he should be able to stand by it and speak with me about the issue. The manager Kathy, although she was unhelpful about a separate issue, she at least spoke to us with respect and was not confrontational. I've never been so disgusted with a person to the point I had to have them remove the box of biscuits because the way assistant manager Tia was speaking to me and her tone of voice was just WOW. And to top it off the manager Kathy, who I asked for, said she didn't even send assistant manager Tia out to speak to me. So not only are you a nasty individual you're lying on your manager. Absolutely terrible. But our waitress Alicia...
Read moreI was tempted to leave a higher rating, because the wait staff was very good. The food was only satisfactory. The ultimate reason for the low rating was twofold. First, there was a surcharge for using my debit card. It was printed right there on the cheque. I make it a practice to never return to establishments that have this practice. Second, the hostess tried to convince me that all restaurants do this, even throwing another nearby restaurant under the bus. I have enjoyed that restaurant and have never seen a surcharge on my cheque, nor I have been charged more than the printed amount. She then sought out my waitress and chewed her out, with me standing at the counter, saying: "She's worked here long enough. She knows better." As a result I left a 15% tip rather than the 20% I would usually have. The hostess was anything but cordial. In response to your reply, no, I do not go to gas stations that have two tiered pricing. Secondly, this was my first visit to your restaurant so seeing the surcharge on my cheque was of no help, by that time I'd finished my meal and had little choice as...
Read moreEvery one of my 4 visits to Franks has resulted in progressively worse service & a cheapening of the food. They've gone from fresh jams to those little Smuckets packets. There's no butter on the table...just margarine (you can get butter on reauest). The omelet I have ordered which is described on the menu as being topped with jumbo lump crab is now topped with something that looks like maybe claw meat. The mocha & cappuccinos were about 5 or 6 ozs served in paper cups. A formerly great place is declining right before my eyes. What a disappointment. Oh...the manager adjusted my $22 omelet price by $2 for the lack of jumbo lump crab after sending out another very small bowl of the same chopped up stuff. The other person at the table had their bill adjusted $3 because they didn't get the extra crabmeat. The morning dissolved into the absurd after asking 3 times for sugar free syrup (which I had been assured was available prior to ordering) only to be told they were out. I'm diabetic so sent my pancake back (which had gotten cold by then) & got a biscuit. Overall it was just such a...
