Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Louisiana

I don't get the problems others have here. Sure, a long line is not what I had here today and maybe I was lucky. 8 sliders and fries ready in 10 minutes. The order was perfectly filled.

"Buns were greasy" I read here often. What are you expecting? This is a slider, not a Big Mac! A slider is a smash burger on a flattop. Go look in the kitchen. There is grease. There is splatter. This is what a smash slider is. Geez.

Service was super friendly and prompt. Food came quickly. Not as the profile says, but you can eat here. There are a number of covered tables with fans blowing to keep the cool and that was just perfect.

If you are expecting a gourmet burger served with delicately chosen ingredients then go somewhere else. This is an honest slider with a wonderful "potato?" buns, crunchy pickle, special sauce and that's it!

I'll go back again and I will tell others as well. Those with poor experiences, sorry for that. A long wait would really be a bummer but it is not the...

Slow, slow, slow... Then cash only at this time. Management needs to figure this out. Jeremiah at the order area was very polite and great!

10/22/24 approximately 540pm. Gave then another shot. Ordered quickly at drive through. Got to the window and the white girl at the window had her back to me drinking a drink. Yhe black girl n on the other side of her pointed at me as if to day, "you have a customer at the window". The white girl at the window nodded at the black gorl acknowledging me being there but kept her back to me and never turned around to greet me, take my payment, nothing... I just drove away. That was my last effort to go there. No one was there. I guess their service has been so bad nobody goes there any more. Same situation today. Hey Drew Breeze... Maybe you should look into your franchisees... They're giving your place a bad name. Put your employees through the "Chick fil a" school of...

Oof... Finally saw the line wasn't backed up into the road, so figured we'd give it a go. Line moved insanely slow... Initially I assumed the line was always long because everyone wanted to try the new place. According to this visit, it seems like it's just that slow and unorganized. There were people ordering at the menu board, a few girls walking around with tablets taking orders, no sense of who had ordered in what order... Some people getting food at the window, some of the food being brought out car window to car window being asked "is this yours?" Not surprising, but the side of queso ordered and paid for didn't get packed in the bag, but no chance I was going to wait another 30 minutes to get through drive through to even try to get one. Going to skip out on this place for a while. Food was decent, but a bit pricey for what it seemed...
