So, let's talk about Jimmy John's. It's basically what you'd expect from a place that sells sandwiches. I mean, come on, who doesn't like sandwiches, right? They've got a decent selection of options, and overall, they do a pretty good job. Now, here's the thing: sometimes it can get a bit pricey. You know, you walk in thinking you'll grab a quick and affordable bite, but your wallet takes a hit. It's not outrageous, but it's not exactly pocket-friendly either. But hey, let's focus on the positive. The sandwiches themselves are worth the price tag. They're fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Whether you're in the mood for a classic turkey and cheese or something a bit more adventurous, Jimmy John's has you covered. The bread is always soft and fluffy, and they pile on the ingredients generously. Plus, they've got this whole "freaky fast" thing going on, so you won't be waiting around for ages. All in all, Jimmy John's is a solid option for a sandwich fix. Sure, it might dent your wallet a bit, but the quality and flavors make up for it. It's a reliable go-to spot when you're craving a sandwich that...
Read moreI ordered a toasted club lulu online, and ended up with a sandwhich that had prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and jalapeños. I called and informed them what I received was definitely not a club lulu. They asked if I could go back for the correct sandwich, I replied of course. I asked them if they wanted the jalapeño concoction back when I returned; they replied no. When my supposedly correct sandwich was completed, I thanked them yet again. Due to my recent experience and burning mouth, I checked the sandwich prior to leaving the store this time. If there was turkey on it, it equaled a half a bite of turkey, perhaps a half an ounce. My only assumption is that they didn’t want to give me any of the costly protein since they had already wasted a full sandwich worth of prosciutto. I walked out the store, then decided that I shouldn’t eat something when it wasn’t what I wanted. I went back in, threw it in the trash, and walked out again without saying another word. No one as much as even apologized. My lips are still burning from my surprise mouthful of jalapeños. No, I do not...
Read moreI don’t frequent Jimmy Johns very often, but today that’s what I wanted for lunch. So, I drove to the location nearest me to order my food. Unfortunately, the drive thru is not available at this time due to cement work being done behind the store. I walk in to place my order and was immediately greeted with the question “Do you have a mask” not good morning sir welcome to Jimmy John’s or any other acceptable variant. I pulled my mask out of my pocket and put it on my face then proceeded to place my order. After paying for my food I received my cup and went to fill it with my preferred beverage. While I was doing this an employee decided to stop what she was doing to walk just close enough to ask me if I was feeling okay. Thinking I misunderstood her I asked her to repeat what she said, there was no mistake I heard her correctly the first time. I found the interactions I had with both employees to be extremely rude. I don’t know what customer service training you’re providing to your employees, but it needs massive...
