I actually had the privilege of eating here twice week of December 11-17. Loved what I ordered. Only complaints I have is that employees need to slow down and not talk so fast and not try to rush a NEW customer to order and assume the ability for new customers, especially with horrible ringing in the ears and eyesight difficulty. Even someone like myself who can be quick and fast talker, I couldn't get away with that in my career. New bifocals, early peripheral cataracts, failed glare test 100%, and no longer having the ability to focus quickly, especially menus! The second time was the time of my complaints and dissatisfaction. Item I choose was great, but if not for my close friend already having placed her order and had received it before I ever decided what to order, I would have left without ordering way before I did! Training needs to be every year if not two to three times a year for being an employee dealing with the public. Not all health issues are noticed or seen....need to talk clearly and looking at customers face to face and ask every customer if they are a new customer and know better way to tend to the customers. It's not all those involved faults....The time of year, holidays, companies and/or managers only thinking of rushing to make money, wanting shift to be over for a variety of reasons, and lack of maturity, values, RESPECT, and usually trying to tend to other employees talking, interrupting, and fast food service. And even more...lots do not have a strong positive work ethic, and lack some integrity and no consideration for others or their coworkers. This won't stop me from going here again. I'll be traveling to my friends...
Read moreThe front staff who took my order was amazing. She made sure to check and see if there was a croissant for my sandwich and get it to the kitchen area. I believe that is where it started to go down hill. The buzzer rang, I picked up my food for my self and my daughter went to the table. After getting to the table realized the only right food we had was the macaroni and cheese. Her salad was wrong and my salad was wrong. My sandwich was made on regular white bread instead of the croissant. I had to return to the area to let them know it was wrong. First they all look like they are running a race. Maybe taking a breath and reading the order maybe very helpful to prevent wrong orders. I know in today's World it is all about the numbers and how fast things get out. This is where I would blame management. Time management is important but if the customer has to get back up and return with the food then you getting the food out in a certain time does not matter. I am writing this not to blame any one but our system today. We are all human and the food is great at Panera bread so take a deep breath and read the order...
Read moreI had been waiting inside the store for a few minutes and someone walked up to me to had me someone's order and I stepped back and advised it was not mine. They went outside to deliver order and then came back in. I placed my order and waited patiently. Other orders were brought out to customer's while they waited in the store but when my order came up my name was called to come get it. I believe this was intentional because while I was very kind I must have taken a minute too long to order. The manager seemed annoyed while Inwas placing my order when I didn't realize the bread I normally order was discontinued. Again, I was very nice and upbeat. Maybe it was because of my school jersey but it was definitely personal that I had to come get my foof while everyone else's was being brought to them while they stood and waited inside the store. The young man was nice that took my order and I observed those that were bringing orders out to others. I must admit I was the only person waiting of my racial background. I hope that was not why I was treated...
