I have been using your product to bring smiles to people sense you opened in your current location. you have an epic product everyone seems to love. I remember when you closed by 11am because you ran out of product to sell.
Your customer service has been epic as well, until today, when I came to get some smiles for my wife and her friends at work. in the past you have written I love you on cupcakes for me which I have always offered to pay for and been told no, it was your pleasure.
But today, not only was the answer no, it was a cold no, the lack of kindness actually set me back a bit. then I was told you don't do that, and never have. I know for a fact you have, more than once, it is called customer service, I even offered to pay for the service. still a cold hard no.
After hundreds and hundreds of dollars on an epic product so many love I find myself looking for a different source of smiles to share with people I love.

They were also very patient with my 3 year old who couldnāt decide which cupcake she wanted and was insistent that her dad and I take her to get her hair cut at the salon next door. One of the employees even gave her a toy. The Cupcakes are as good as I remember. We also got an icing push up pop and a mini cake! For 3 cupcakes, an icing push up pop and a mini cake it was only about $16. Thatās a great price especially for the quality of the cake. I used to go once a week after school with my best friend to get our free cupcake. So Joās has always held a special place in my heart. Iām sad they are in Moss bluff instead of Lake Charles now but itās definitely...

Absolutely disgusting. I found a long fingernail baked into my cupcake ā completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I will never be returning.
On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. When I asked about ordering a small round cake for my grandmotherās birthday, the woman at the front counter (I believe her name was Cassie) was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me they donāt take orders and Iād just have to come in and pick one ā even though the website clearly says orders are accepted. When I pointed that out, she gave me major attitude and continued to argue with me. Thatās not how you treat customers.
Between the unsanitary food and poor service, this place is a complete disappointment. Management seriously needs to retrain staff and reevaluate...
