Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

Rolled up to the little Ceasars immediately see a line( wasn't sure if it was for pick up or ordering) I let the line disperse after close to 10 mins...I walk up place my order. I wanted to try the new pretzel crust. Got that crazy bread...and a order of hot wings. The cashier said the wait would be about 10 minutes. Fine om here ive already waited. I get my food drive home go straight to the crazy bread...in my opinion it was undercooked and kind of doughy but the marinara was really good 👍 I try the wings light sauce still pretty warm good tender bite Now to the "star" of the show😏 (disclaimer this is my opinion on taste flavor etc etc) the pretzel pizza looked great....that was about it...the overly thick cheese had NO PULL IT WAS SO TIGHT WHEN YOU BITE A SLICE IT WOULD JUST SLIDE OFF THE WHOLE SLICE. WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY SECOND COMPLAINT WAY TO SALTY IN MY OPINION PEPPERONI (SALTY) SHREDDED CHEDDAR (SALTY) CHEESE SAUCE UNDER THE CHEESE (SALTY) THEN OF COURSE THE PRETZEL CRUST!! THEY COULD RENAME THAT THE PRESSURE PIZZA...I HAD NO INTENTION TO FINISH THIS.. PRETZEL PIZZA GET...

Ordered online and ordered specifically a pepperoni and mushroom. Pizza now I wouldn't normally complain about getting extras, But I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom, not pepperoni, mushroom, bacon, and onion. I'm actually allergic to onion so I wound up having to pick off most of the toppings on the pizza due to the fact that it had Onion on it. On top of that I ordered their new stuffed crazy bread which. In their menu? Said it Comes With An order of crazy sauce. Mind you, I also ordered an order of regular crazy bread and crazy sauce with it so I should have received two crazy sauces, but only received one. I can state that the stuffed crazy bread is not worth the price(3 pieces at the same price as an 8 piece crazy bread) The crazy bread, however, was top notch. My biggest complaint is that I didn't recieve my whole order (missing crazy sauce) and my pizza was made...

The app notified me that my order was ready for pickup and I had to drive around crazy traffic to get here. I got to the store and type in my code and an empty portal opens up. I asked the employee where my order is and he said "Sorry, it's not ready" So why would they check it off on the app that it's ready for pickup? He shrugged his shoulders and repeated that it's not ready and walked away. I had a simple pepperoni "hot-and-ready" pizza and cheese bread. Nothing special! Here I am watching people go into the store and ordering pizza as I type that's being handed to them on the spot and walking out without a wait! Mind you, the hot and ready pizza section that keeps them warm up front has pizza boxes...
