I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for years - damn near the same order every-time. Evidently they are in a declining state as far as offering quality food and SERVICE. I used the app and requested my pizza be well done. If you get deluxe or supreme pizzas you would typically request the original crust to hold the weight of the toppings, and well done for peace of mind that everything is cooked properly. Like I said I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I have never changed the way I have requested the pizza. When I received the pizza it was burnt, or overcooked, which neither is “well done” and the crust was hard and thin. I politely called the store to address my concern and the “manager” , who had the most aggressive and hostile tone, informed me that it was supposed to be burnt because I requested well done. Before I argued with his arrogant incompetence, I just let it go because I knew there wasn’t going to be any resolve for me as a loyal customer. Again! Read moreI have to say i really love their pizza. I have been a loyal customer but my experience tonight has left me very sad and upset. This is the second time i have ordered pizza to be delivered to my place of business, and the second time they delivered it to my house instead of at my work address. I wven confirmed with the manager (who took my order) the address location to insure proper delivery. Once again i had to get a family member to make a special trip to bring it to me; not to mention it was cold by the time it arrived. To make matters worse...when i asked to speak to the manager Ashley. I was placed on hold for approximately 15 minutes. Then when she came to the phone she preceeded to blame the driver which infuriated me. It was clearly not a drivers error. She preceeded to speak to me rudely about the whole ordeal and accused me of being irrational... i had her on speaker and some of my students could hear her . Obviously the customer is not important. She said she would have the owner call me...no phone call as of yet. really love the pizza...looks like me and my friends will have to find...
Read moreWorst customer service ever from store owner Susan Lightfoot-Freeman. We have brought endless pizzas here. The pizza we had last night made me sick then 2 others whom had it after. I explained to her politely that we only ate one pizza due to getting sick and would return the other pizza and wings. It taste funny and I know what their pizza taste like. Her answer was to take it to the health department! Rather lose a consistent customer than resolve the issue with a refund on what wasn’t eaten or even a gift card. We spend hundreds of dollars there and never complained about anything. You would think a store owner could offer a better resolution lol. Please please please try larger chains with better customer service and better food quality. She does not value her customers. Definitely...
