FALSE ADVERTISING.

TLDR: Sign says they have regular McChickens. They only have Hot and Spicy McChicken. Employees were upset when I asked about the regular McChicken.

I was super excited to see this advertisement outside of the this McDonald's, as I haven't been able to find a regular McChicken (which I love) down here in the south for years, and I find the Hot and Spicy McChicken to not be very good.

But when I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and asked about the Meal Deal with the regular McChicken like it says ON THE SIGN, they said "So you want the Meal Deal with the Hot and Spicy?"

I responded, "No, the Regular McChicken Meal Deal like it says on the sign."

Response: "Oh, you mean the McCrispy?"

Me: "No, the Regular McChicken Meal Deal like it says on the sign. Do you have it?"

This conversation looped a few times, me TRYING to confirm if they had Regular McChicken LIKE THEIR SIGN SAYS, and the employee asking if I meant Hot and Spicy, McCrispy, or nuggets, with more frustration from me insisting on a straight answer of whether they had the Regular; would NOT give a straight answer to the question of if they had the Regular McChicken like it says ON THEIR SIGNS.

Finally, she said something along the lines of "I'm done with you" and shut off the speaker.

Look, if you don't have it JUST SAY IT RIGHT AWAY, don't play ring around the rosy while I try to get info about the ONE SPECIFIC THING I'M ASKING FOR. A simple Yes or No to having it would have sufficed.

And fix your signs, you're currently lying to everybody; don't advertise Regular McChicken if you don't have...

Food is always sloppy with condiments falling out the sides of the burgers and sandwiches. Fries are always either cold, soggy, cooked to much to where there brown colored or there not cooked completely. They always give wrong orders out and your order is always wrong so be advised check your bag/bags before you pull off or leave from there to check order. There always out of ice cream or cleaning the machine. Every time go to this place I have nothing but problems and my orders always wrong or something’s done happened. There drinks never and I mean never have ice in them so by time you receive your drink it’s just about watered down and you ask for ice and they want to give you a cup of ice, umm no Thank You I want it in my original drink not in another cup. I keep giving this location benefit of doubt but it’s every time I go there and I thought Burger King was horrible but McDonalds is far...

Waited in line for 15 mins before we got our order taken. Then as we stated our order the employee cut us off and ask for us to pull up to the first window where they asked us agian our order. we started agian for them to walk away mid sentence and start to horseplay with other employees for 5 mins then a manager came to the window to ask us what we needed while they continued to play around behind her. We waited another 5 mins in front of the second window to be told to pull up to the second waiting area that was already full. We waited there for 5 mins only for the order to be cold and completely wrong after we specified what we wanted to the manager. We have come to this location many times and had no issues but they have made me not want to ever return. We waited 30 mins to just have everyone be rude to us and completely mess everything up.
