McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I love McDs and Im pregnant, so I really wanted a sundae. Went to three locations before this one and they had ice cream! Except when we went to accept it, they actually had no ice cream and just gave us my boyfriend's fries. Fine, but we went back around so I could get fries too. We waited there after they said to "hold on" and they even took someone else's order before my boyfriend said "hello?" And then three more people asked if they could take our order. They'd ask for our code and switch! Like they had no idea what they were doing. Finally someone said our drive-thru code was invalid - fine. So he just asked for a large fries and a large diet coke with extra ice. 2 items. Not hard. When we accepted the item, they gave us medium fries. I told my bf to just pay again for large fries, like we asked for and had been waiting for now for 10 minutes. They still hadn't even given us the drink. We waited 5 more minutes while they fumbled around with his card and someone tried to tell us we ordered medium fries (sorry, we don't ever order medium anything. We love food!). They came back with another barely-cooked medium fries. Idk if they were trying to be cute, or if that was the only way they could get the charge to go through but dang. Not coming...

Everytime I go here I have problems! Unfortunately it's the closest to me. Tonight's problem was I ordered a #3 meal large with a coke and a medium frie. He to the window to get my food and she asks me you had a double quarter pounder with a coke. I said yes a large frie and a medium fire and a large coke. She tells me I don't see no large fire on there. I only see a medium. I said the large comes with the meal. She walks back to get my fries and give me 2 mediums. Everytime I go there I at least wait at the speaker 5 minutes if I am the only one in the drive-thru, longer if there are other cars in line too. I hate the 2 lane drive-thru even if I am there before other cars get there they always take my order after those people. Also everytime I go there I order coke and more than once they give me an orange drink. There is always something that happens here. They need to retrain everyone of the staff of fire all current staff and hire an all new staff. I'm not in the business of getting people fired but if you can't do your job...

1. Expect to wait 15-20+ minutes for your food at this location, regardless of time of day! 2) There's a 70% chance, if you get a sandwich, it will have been sitting under the heat lamp and the bun will be harder than your Gramdmother's cast iron skillet...you can either eat this or take it inside...after waiting long enough in the line that a fresh order could have been made four times over. 3) Bare minimum for customer service, if you ask the staff politely to resolve a problem they will, but not without first giving you side eye. My last experience at this restaurant was yesterday. Ordered through the app at 6:26, arrived at the restaurant at 6:30, was handed food at 7:04. Have reported experiences to McDonalds, and someone affiliated with this franchise even emailed to say they would do better. That was a month ago...I don't think the whole team got the memo about...
