I had an incredibly distressing experience at the store on Jones Creek Rd/Coursey and then at the corporate office, an experience that I feel compelled to share. After being denied entry, the receptionist at the corporate office forced me to communicate through the intercom system to explain my situation while the employee sat behind the reception desk, literally just a few feet away. Instead of receiving assistance, I encountered a dismissive and uncaring attitude from their employee, who seemed more interested in resuming their online shopping than addressing my concerns.
What was even more disappointing was the management's inadequate response to the situationātaking weeks to return phone calls despite multiple attempts to communicate a serious issue to them. There is a lack of proper training for employees in handling conflict and customer interactions. Their failure to take my concerns seriously and to provide a safe environment left me feeling disrespected and unheard.
This experience has left a significant dent in my trust and loyalty towards Valluzzo companies. I had always held the company in high regard, but this incident has certainly tarnished that image. Customer service should be a top priority, and it's disappointing to witness a neglectful attitude from management. I hope they recognize the importance of fostering a more positive and professional atmosphere for all customersāone which prohibits the demeaning verbal assaults laden with extreme profanity, disgraceful labeling, and name-calling by their employees. Your customers deserve better, and Valluzzo companies must do more to prevent these frequent and significant issues...

However, this McDonald's chain has proven time and time again that it is counterproductive and inadequate to the food standards set by the organization. This is a reflection of poor management, inexperienced, and under qualified staff. Laziness has become the standard and is more socially acceptable as we transition from human interaction to technology. The employees have no self pride and lack customer service skills needed to foster an essential work environment. Management does not effectively manage resources, which can be proven by the lack of primary signature food/ drink items listed on the menu. The equipment (ice cream machine, smoothie machine, etc.)is never functional. In addition, store fronts in many locations are unsanitary and dilapidated. In conclusion, I encourage consumers to demand better service from this location or assist in an effort to dissolve the franchise at this location.

Could have and should have left, but I know things happen out of there control, plus we had already waited this long, right??.... Well another 10 mins I had enough and drove around to the window where no cars were (so not too busy) and told them I had been in that line for almost an hour and there was a long line out there. She told me she knew that already and they were trying to change cashier's. She then refused to take my order and told me I needed to get back in line if I wanted to order.
