Great food but unfortunately it was cold by the time we got to our table; due to the lady in front of us ordering a very large amount food TO-GO, I think VERY LARGE TO-GO orders should have a whole other person waiting on them, not just the ONE lady behind the bar for that section of food. I don't know EXACTLY how they would change it, but "something" should MOST DEFINITELY B DONE! Then, the mango tea was out, but I couldn't get ANYONE to ANSWER me & whenever I did finally arrive at the cashier, she had that look of "that ain't MY problem" then what she said after, made me believe i read her facial expression correctly. She said," The people working down 'there' are gonna get to it ma'am. Needless to say, ALMOST AN HOUR LATER when I was finished eating, the Mango tea was YET TO BE BREWED!!! Then.... to top it ALL OFF, 3 OUT OF 4 of the salt shakers weren't working, 3 out of 4 is an estimation BC I actually had to go to 6, YES; 6 different tables to get one that actually worked. I'm not positive, though I'm pretty sure the lady with whom I spoke with about the salt shakers, simply tells me oh yes ma'am it's been so humid outside lately that the humidity got to the salt shakers and it's clogged a lot of them up so we ordered enough to where it shouldn't be a problem anymore then I had to tell her about my adventure to table number 6 in order to find a salt shaker that was usable. I'm all she did was apologize and ask us if she could help us with anything else I was so disgusted I just went and sat in the car and let my mom finish eating in there because I was beyond disgusted I didn't even want to finish my food in that place it was just ridiculous I would not recommend this place to my enemy!!! I'm specifically talking about the one on the Westbank. Just I'm not sure which one exactly because I am not from the Westbank originally so we had to use...
Read moreI met some church friends about 27 at this Piccadilly. The service was excellent but the food was not so good(maybe it was what I chose that was not good). My husband and I each had a piece of baked fish. I saw the fried fish and got two pieces of that. Green beans, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, and watermelon was pretty good. We both got a corn muffin which was hard and crumbled when we ate it. When we started to eat our baked fish it was like leather. I could not cut it with my fork or cut it with my knife. The fried fish was mostly batter with a flakey crust and was real salty. The fish was even hard in some places, like it was over fried. My husband and I realized we had the lunch leftovers. They did not change the food trays out for our group. I am very disappointed in the food. But the best thing out of this get together was time with the pastor and his wife, good bible teaching, and great...
