Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

I’m only posting because this has happened to me more than once. I did give them the benefit of doubt the first 2 times, but 3 is excessive.

Ordering online with them has been a hit and miss situation. The issue is that they claim to Not have received my order. Other issue is they don’t, even attempt to make it right, even though I presented the receipt and I was charged for the order. Their only solution was for me to call my bank and ask for refund. I was informed by a friend that this Subway has good sandwiches. I ordered 2 Steak sandwiches(Prepare by separate people). It was like day & night. My friend observed the other young lady putting my sub in the oven, dressed (lettuce, tomatoes,pickles & jalapeños). When we got home, l saw that my sub was about 3 inches shorter then my friend's & tasted different (baked lettuce, tomatoes & pickles). My friend's sandwich was prefect. I can truly say that they know my face whenever I walk through the door. They are really quick and professional when it comes to making my orders.
