My husband and I ate at Piccadilly on this week and it was an interesting experience. The food was good and the waitress who tended to our table was pleasant. Her name was Dorothy. The food servers were not the most pleasant however. I didn't know until we got to the restaurant that masks were required. So when we arrived my husband had his mask but I did not have mine. I placed a paper towel over my face and proceeded behind my husband in the food line. The server so rudely said I needed to have a mask or I would have to leave. So I spoke through the napkin on my face and said ok can my husband order for me and I will get it to go. She said no we both have to leave. I was starting to get upset but I asked is it ok that we get it to go? She said I can not serve the food unless a mask. I could not believe what I was hearing. Finally the manager Josie came and offered me the opportunity to purchase a mask for $2.00. My husband and I agreed to buy the mask and proceeded to order our food and dine in. ATTENTION Picadilly & all restaurants PLEASE try to handle people and customers with more courtesy. It's not hard to go the extra mile and treat people how you would want to be treated... Especially during these challenging, turbulent times! I don't know if we will be back to Piccadilly...

It was very unorganized and no one knew where my dinner was. I finally got it. I was just handed a plastic bag with my dinner in it. Thought it was kind of weird but it's the holidays didn't feel like complaining. I get home to prepare it on Thanksgiving day I have no dinner rolls.. WOW it's thanks giving day now I'm stressed. I call and spoke with someone guess the manager. He apologized and offered to replace the rolls. But it's Thanksgiving day not driving from New Orleans to Metairie to pick up rolls. But I did get charged full price for my meal. I will never again order from Piccadilly it was cold through me my...
