My husband and I went to this subway to grab some food today. When he walked in he was not greeted at all the worker had her head down playing with her gloves, so he just stayed there waiting. Eventually he asked the cook was she ready to take his order and she shock her head up and down. Then the manager came from out the back and also didn't greet. The manager made us very uncomfortable because she looked up multiple times and didn't say anything also as if we were unwanted. This was the most unprofessional, uncomfortable experience ever had. On top of that the cookies looked horrible and burnt! Subway already has a bad rep due to their fake high sodium/sugary bread! But to be completely disrespected for no reason is completely unacceptable! On top of that their was no other customer in the store and I can see why! We're actually visiting from lake charles, LA and I can assure we will never visit this subway again. The first rule in customer service is a simple hello, how may I help you! But being that the manager didn't speak also it's clear where the worker gets her...
Read moreThe service here is terrible. You will get food that is up to Subway's standards, but the workforce here couldn't be less concerned with you as their customer. There is an Indian man that apparently runs the show over at this location. The other woman is possibly his wife. They'll pretend not to speak english well enough, but this is complete bull. It's also highly likely that they'll try upselling you when you specifically ask for something else. I've been here about a dozen times and they've consistently done this to me. Also, there were a few times where I was the only one in the store and they took their time getting to me. Not just a moment or two...try 3 or 4 minutes before acknowledging me. Maybe it doesn't seem like much to hear it said, but stand and wait and see for yourself. I used to work in the service industry while in college and can tell you first hand that won't cut it.
If you're reading this and it isn't seriously outdated,...

You can tell the owner is behind the counter. Plus, they didn't even say hello or thanks. Half the customer service job is to actually provide service. But you can't even speak?
We live in New orleans and have plenty of choices so coming here was huge regret. Just look at these other reviews. I didn't, unfortunately. Here's a pic of the nonexistent tuna. Literally looks like oily bread. You guys...
