Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Louisiana

Being a LONG time RC supporter and fan, I'm becoming disappointed in what I receive for my money. Perhaps it is only this location, which is why the review is posted here, but the chicken fingers have become smaller and smaller. The sauce cups, smaller. Even the fry portion was not up to the normal "caniac combo" amount on my last visit.

Long story short, RC is trying to pinch that penny too much when they frankly don't need to. There is huge support for their product here and in other states now. I've been eating their food since '99 at the original location while attending LSU and even worked for them in '04. I remember ordering a Caniac combo and getting 7 fingers with enough large sauce cups to handle those 7 jumbo fingers. And that cost me roughly $10. Now I get 6 small fingers and not enough sauce for even that. For $13.

I'm a slightly obese fellow, around 250. If I order a Caniac combo for $13 and it doesn't fill me up, there's a problem here.

Edit - After another visit to this location, I simply can't recommend RC anymore. This time around the chicken fingers were tough, stringy and simply tasted "bad." I can't sum it up any other way. The sauce couldn't save it. Which 36 cents for an extra cup of tiny proportions is just outrageous also. This time I spent nearly $15 and still left hungry. I originally gave this location a 3 star, it's now a 1 star. RC has seriously lost the luster it once had...after losing the Tyson chicken deal they had, which most people have no clue about.

In summary, tiny fingers which taste bad and just absolutely overpriced for this quality. Oh how the mighty...

I'm writing this review to thank the crew members at this Canes for their kindness and assistance. On the night of 5/20/2023, after a long day of dealing with car trouble, I came through the drive thru to get a good meal after a long day. Just after paying for my food, my car's battery died in drive thru and I had to push it into a parking spot. I went inside to get my food and asked if any of the managers might be able to help jump start my car. Now I wish I could thank the manager by name here, but I don't remember his name. He stopped in the middle of dropping bird into the fryer to come help me with my car and I am extremely grateful for that! After a good 10 to 15 minutes of him helping I was able to safely make it home. As a former Canes crew member myself, I was very impressed by his helpfulness and going above and beyond to help out a stranger. Thank you again and I will definitely be back once my car is in...

First time not having a good experience at this location. The lady that took our order was nice. They placed our food on the counter (I don’t think they called a name) the chicken wasn’t cooked through . It was chewy like . I told the girl that took our order that the chicken wasn’t done. She said ok they will fry it again. Then another girl in a pink shirt came over with a very dull demeanor saying “yall don’t want it? “ I told her no it’s not done all the way we asked to have it cooked longer. She didn’t apologize or anything just walked off. She brought us another serving but this time in a to go box along with empty dine in trays. She just dropped them off on our table and walked off. Very off putting demeanor. This was the crew between the time of 12...
