Well, I was in the hospitality industry for many years. I give many opportunities because I can usually understand certain issues that could arise at any moment on any shift in a restaurant. However, this has been the fourth time and usually I say three strikes your out. I placed an online order for the Uptowner. Mind you the first time I ordered it, it seemed to have a decent ratio of all the ingredients including meat to bread with all other ingredients intact and the meat seemed to be brine so it had some flavor. After that first order I ordered again and it seem that the standard recipe or standards dropped significantly. Now today I give it another shot because my partner wanted something close and our kitchen went up with Ida or Iād be preparing my own dishes. I had soggy tomatoes yet again with brown spots this time, the meat was flavorless, and yet again no spicy relish which you should just take off all together if you canāt get certain ingredients for the recipe then go back to the test kitchen. This sandwich had been bland, dry with a hint of mush from the tomato and not to mention the avocado which are a hit or miss depending upon whose doing the quality control rounds for the day. Itās ridiculous because many people would love to own a business as such and itās terrible that the standards arenāt there. This is not the first or third time! Since Melissa is so pleasing I kept coming back but geez really! Just FYI it good to take heed to your patrons comments and concerns as it help you identify and correct these opportunities that will be beneficial to your bottom line. Hire people who care about your business as you would. If youāre treating your staff respectfully then when you turn your back they should want to keep the standards high because of the respect that is given and received! Cause this seems as if someone is either incompetent and not know when to throw an item out or repurpose it or they just donāt care and will believe just because itās a to go item itās less important. Good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI need to check the deductible on my HMO bc the flop on this pizza is giving me scoliosis. After that Iām goin to the neck Dr trying to get this slice in my mouth. This slice of pizza has my neck like the shotgirls on bourbon street get you. Iām looking like a baby bird ova here. Iāll never get respect from my kids again after what they just whitenesses. No crispy bottom. Some sort of plastic brand of string cheese came sliding off and turned itself into spaghetti somehow. Thatās why I gave it an extra star. I was amazed! I canāt tell if thereās sauce but I got enough chunks of tomato I could start a ketchup farm and make Heinz bow down. The toppings are fresh and the pepperonis & Italian sausage kept me from playing pie frisbee with the dog. I want Reginelliās to be the best pizza spot in Metairie. We can do betta. š¤š¼š®š¹ your pal Chris P. Piezonli outta...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love the Eat Fit version of the Hummus Pitaco, and have never had issues with that item on their menu. I tried the Eat Fit version of the Chicken Pita last night. It was extremely spicy, and the chicken didnāt taste right (plus the chicken had a rubber-like texture). Iāve never experienced food poisoning before, but the last 18 hours since eating have been really harsh. Iām beginning to wonder if the chicken was undercooked. On a side note, the restaurant smelled strongly of janitorial supplies (like urinal deodorizer). This was the first unpleasant experience Iāve had at the Clearview Reginelliās, and all previous experiences were 5/5. After my recent experience, I wonāt dine at this location in the...
