Awful! This store is always out of things like napkins and different drinks.. The workers here just don't care about there jobs and especially the customers.. I have been here several times and the door is locked during the day and someone comes to the door and tells you drive through only. I eat taco bell several time a week but when I heard the work crew was going to this one I was upset. Today..no lemonade... No napkins.. Stale chips on the 5.00 box( guess that is why they are on sale.. Hardly enough toppings on the chips and of course the rude women working there. A young man was going to change the lemonade and was yelled at that "it's out for the day!" I didn't get the managers name but being this stuff happens a lot...it doesn't matter... She/he will continue to run this store in the dirt.. I know this post will go unseen but something really has to be done. And btw the parking lot next to the wall along the entrance is so slippery people are going to hurt themselves.. You should FIRE the people in charge and get people who would be grateful to you patrons.. Please do something about these worthless employees. Read moreThe lady in drive thru around 9pm on 7.14.18 was very rude and unprofessional. She threw trash outside of the drivethru window as I was pulling up to the window. I waited for about 2-3 minutes before pulling up and when I finally did she had an attitude telling me to back up so she can sweep the trash. Her body was halfway out of the drive thru window sweeping trash that she threw out for whatever reason. I’m sure there are trash cans and dumpsters for that. So finally when she is done she asks me to pull back up to the window. She hands me my food and change with no receipt, and no napkins. She almost forgot my drink. When she realized and finally gave me my drink I literally had not even a half cup of drink. It was filled to the top with ice. I handed it back to her and asked her to remake it. She rolled her eyes at me, fixed it and looked at me like she’s ready for me to leave. I understand that retail can be tough and maybe she had a rough day but I was the only car in drive thru at the time so it’s not like they were busy. Other than my horrible experience with that rep. The food was good and hot! Good job to whoever was in the kitchen but this place needs better drivethru workers. Professionalism would boost this...
Read moreI gave this place so many opportunities to get their act together. Sadly, they get worse by a second. Always trying to rush you while in drive-thru but when you're on their schedule you can sit there for 30 mins - no big deal, leaving their mic open, they close down the store randomly, always complaining they are short staffed (hows that relevant to me as a customer?) when you can see 3 of them clearly just roaming around the store doing nothing in particular AND my order is always wrong; simple things like- I asked for a soft taco I got a hard taco - and don't even get me started on my burnt Chicken Quesadilla (yes there is a difference on toasted and burnt) that was missing top parts of Tortilla! Who ever gives this restaurant 4 or 5 stars is either their employee or their family/friend because it is very clear that not a penny spent in that place is worth of the service/product they are selling. They need a complete change; new management and/or staff. I went to their website and submitted my complaint/concerns; I really hope they do better - they have to do better - they are selling food, not...
