Please avoid this place and the Waitress Christy!

We sat down around 10:45 and began looking at a menu. The waitress named Christy came up to us and asked us what we would like to drink. this was about 10 minutes after we sat down. so far so good. well she goes to back where the drink machine is and stays back there for about another 10 minutes. she comes back with our drinks and asks us what we would like to order. we both tell her the boneless wings all you can eat deal. so she goes puts it in. about 10-15 minutes pass by and we get our food. after we recieved our food, she disappears. we got hot wings and finished our drinks fairly quick. well i noticed she was back at the drink machine again. she did not once turn around to look after about 10 minutes. so i continue to eat, while my wife can't because her mouth is on fire. another 10 minutes go by and she finally turns her head to look and see's me starring at her and waving to get her attention. she comes and ask if everything is okay and i told her we need drinks. so she grabs the drinks and goes refills them. that was quick, so we continue to eat. well i needed a refill again and she was back at the drink machine again... meanwhile a couple was sitting down next to us.... 10 minutes or so goes by and she never moved from the drink machine. so at this point, i just want to leave. so as im sitting there waiting for her to turn her head, i notice other waitresses walking around and asking people do they need help. Christy was still by the drink machine... so after a good minute or two i get up to get her attention to get the ticket. she happens to turn her head and see me. well this whole time, the other couple did not get any attention. she comes to me and says "are you ready" and i reply "yes, and i need a box for my food". she responds back in a snappy nasty attitude "you can't take that home" i responded back "really? i paying for that food?" she comes back and says "no you can't.". so now i can't take my food that i paid for that is going to waste. she hands me the ticket and goes back to the drink machine. i write on the ticket the total with no tip, and walk out. there was no manager to be seen during this whole incident, i even motioned for another waitress, but she had a table and...

Back in 2013, we used to go here every Friday night for at least 4 years straight and it was great. Then the place went WAAAY down hill. Waitresses were homely, food was gross and staff was lazy. But... I decided to give it another chance this past Saturday. We got their early (me, wife, 22y/o & 11y/o daughters) around 5:40pm. We were seated quickly, it was clean and the waitresses looked a lot better. They actually looked like they took pride in their appearance. ONLY complaint is the long wait for the food. We waited about an hour between our appetizer (chips/salsa) and our dinners. The "Bone In Chicken Wings" - somewhere along the line, Hooters changed from a full chicken wing (with the leg part and the flapper part) to half of a wing. Not sure what you call it - legs? Flappers? Not sure. But now, a full wing with a leg AND a flapper is cut in half. So one leg part is considered ONE WING and one flapper part is considered ONE WING. When did this change? I'm sure it's cheaper on Hooters because they can charge you full price for half a Chicken Wing. But a 6 count Bone-In Wing plate looks like they cooked a parakeet and soaked it in Buffalo sauce. My overall experience was disgusting. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Went to hooters at a reasonable time before they closed. Which was understandable. We were hurrying to get our food in. Our waitress Alexandra was rushing us to get food in. This already made me feel some type of way but again I was understanding. But what killed the experience was when I looked up and saw that the bun to my sandwich had fell from the plate and landed onto the shelf where they place the trays ready to to be brought out. I asked the waitress if they replaced this and she mentioned that they had replaced it. Granted the inside of the sandwich was already contaminated by the filthy bun she had placed back on with her bare hand on top and make it seem like nothing had happened when she knew I was looking. This was when she told the cook to replace the bun. This is disgusting and also could harm others in the process. Never again will I be eating at this establishment because of this issue. It could have been avoided if they had just made a...
