Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

Absolutely horrible experience. I walked in with my three kids because they wanted taco bell. We stood at the counter for several minutes and then someone came up finally to the counter and asked if I had already ordered and I said no. The person told me you have to go to the screens over on the side to make your order. I didn't know about this but I said okay and we made our order on the touchscreen that was off to the side. Mind you that there were 2 registers at the counter. We stepped away and made our order on the touch screen thing. Which was a hassle in itself with three kids instead of just telling someone what our order was. After we used the touchscreen thing, it took almost a half-hour for the order to be filled. It wasn't very busy and I counted six people working in the back. There was also two workers on their break sitting in the dining area. They were definitely not short staffed. One of the workers in the back started whooping and hollering things directed towards one of the workers that was on their break and the dining area. One of the most unprofessional things that I have encountered. I do give kudos to the other person that was on their break that was telling them to stop acting like fools. I will never go back...

We came here for our love of TB && peace. I understand people have bad days or situations that are frustrating, but it is absolutely NO NEED to cocky, stuck up, and rude with customers. Not only with me, but “Martha” had a bad attitude with the even the car behind us as you could hear her on the intercom. The #5 combo we got was more chips && beans 1 slice of jalapeños, && hardly no cheese. They forgot my 2 extra tacos & when I went to go inside they’re lobby was closed and wouldn’t fix my order unless I went back through the drive-thru. I went & I asked to get my 2 tacos i paid for & purchase 2 more soft tacos and give the cashier a 2nd chance and still so rude. When I approached the window she sent her mgr to take my money, & couldn’t make things right. I absolutely will not recommend this TB to anyone....

Went to this location 11/6/20 at approximately 11:05 AM. When ordering I specified that I needed a lot of Fire sauce. When I pulled up to pay I told the older lady at the window to make sure there’s a lot of Fire sauce with my order. She said “OK”. When she handed me my order I asked a THIRD time, “You got my fire sauce in there, right?” She said “Yes”. I get to work. NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER. The lying old lady needs to retire and be replaced with a capable person that understands how to do the job.

Edit: I did as asked and DM’d. Was told they’d let the manager know. WOW, what a way to “make things right”. Thanks for wasting my time. Again.

Edit #2: Haven’t been back since this incident. That awesome customer service y’all have done cost y’all a year and a half...
