I visited the store at a very uncommon day and time, and am I glad i did! Upon entering this very clean establishment I was greeted by two very charismatic, smiling employees, Jordan and Zach. Hands down most knowledgable jewelers i have had the pleasure of meeting. You need a watch my man Zach has you covered with a memorized description and any info you need on all brands and models. Jordan was lovely. Didnt know how much I needed nor wanted a chain until I came in and talked to her. In summary, super friendly, super personal, and super knowledgable staff. If in some wild scenario you dont see anything you like, they can have it made custom to you! 10/10 recommend for all of your in store or online...

My husband bought me a new diamond wedding band from here with a lifetime protection plan about 3-4 years ago. Within the 1st 2 years I had a diamond fall out, went in and they were able to send off to replace at no cost to us…. Here I am 2 years later with another fallen diamond…. But have to pay for another diamond because apparently I have not been coming in for biannual inspections, which is news to me as I was not told this was required when the 1st diamond fell out….. we will never purchase more jewelry from Kay’s. It is obviously not up to par & their lifetime protection plan is a joke when they fail to tell you what is required to be covered, I feel like...

I LOVE 💞the ladies that work here. You must go see Bella,Paige,Hayley. They are very professional and wanting to help you find the perfect Item that will fit you and your budget. I would and WILL recommend these ladies. They are just as rare and as beautiful as the jewelry 💍they sale. They helped me find the perfect ring after I lost my wedding ring (I had for 21years😥😭)at work, They made sure it perfectly fit before they send it off to be sized to me. I also want to say Thank You Ladies from the bottom of my heart 🥰. I can't wait to get it back and wear it everywhere and everyday... And telling others where I got it and send them to see the best...
