I was VERY excited about the opening of this place in Denham Springs! I have loved the Baton Rouge location for years and was SO looking forward to having a location closer to me.
However, the standard of what is acceptable at this location is far less than any other Panda Express I have ever visited. I have been there 4 times in the past two weeks and 3 of the 4 times my order was WRONG. Not little we forgot to put soy sauce in, or we forgot the sweet and sour sauce either. I mean I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and got orange chicken with low mein!
What it amounts to is that they have a bunch of high schoolers that do not care about their jobs working there and management can't handle them.
I have spoken to management everytime and they are always nice and try to go above and beyond to correct it- offering free food, and for me to come back to have it all fixed. However, that is not what I want. I do not want free food, and have turned it down everytime! I want this place to get their employees together! Get them trained or find employees that care about doing their job correctly.
This place has lost my business as of now, and I will be telling the people that I know about my issues. I am hoping that management will see this and DO SOMETHING TO FIX IT and not just offer free food as a band aid.

Was told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it to me after a 20-25 minute long wait in line. 20-25 more minutes go by so I pull back through the line because I assume they have forgotten. I get my food at the window (they had forgotten) and drive away. The shrimp is cold and the side is wet fried rice. I go back to the restaurant and try to go inside with the food because my order is both cold and wrong. They were all locked up at 6:40. Nearly 2 hours before they are supposed to close, the lobby is locked. I try to call the restaurant about my issue and was told they were out of shrimp and only had a small amount of white rice. How does an asian restaurant run out of rice with several hours left in the day. The worker brought out a half full cup of rice and I left annoyed after trying to get a fast food restaurant order and it taking over an hour. I love panda express, but not this one. This one has some pretty serious management and staffing issues that desperately need to be addressed as well as revisiting some cooking and closing time procedures. Read moreI really want to like this location and give it 5 stars, but my last two visits have been terrible. Today I spent $13 on lunch- hopeful to have left overs for tomorrows lunch as well. I went through the drive through and received someone else's order. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I made it all the way home. What I received isn’t something I would usually order, but I tried it. Not a fan- and threw it away. My previous experience wasn’t as bad, but my order was slightly messed up- enough to annoy my husband- who refuses to go back. This time, however, it was someone else order completely.
