Crumbl — Restaurant in Louisiana

I had an awful experience at the Juban Crossing Crumbl Cookie.  On Saturday, January 20, 2024, I ordered the four pack; two Kentucky Butter Cake cookies, one wedding cake cookie, and one vanilla sugar, for curbside pickup around 11:00pm.  They website stated they were going to be ready at 11:10.  Being that I live 30 minutes away, I arrived at the Juban Crumbl Cookie around 11:47pm to pick up my cookies.  I clicked on “I’m Here,” and waited for someone to bring out my cookies. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I realized the lights were off and everyone was GONE!!

This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!  I drove too far for everyone to be gone prior to the close of business hours at 12:00am.  If they were going to close early, I shouldn’t have been able to order and pay for the cookies!!

I was looking forward to trying the Kentucky Butter Cookie, as well as the Wedding Cake cookie.  But due to the lack of customer service, apparent inexperienced employees, and obliviousness to business practices, I didn’t get the experience.

In the future, please be cognizant of your customers time, money, and gas spent to support your business.  Because without customers, you wouldn’t have a business and it would...

We walked in and an employee was sifting something in a huge sifter. No one spoke to us. As it was our first time trying this place we didn’t know what to do but managed to figure it out after a few minutes. Meanwhile the sifting employee was still there less than 6 feet away from us. She was watching us stumble around the menu and ordering apparatus yet still said nothing. My wife had a question about what a particular cookie was and asked the sifting employee who, using an exaggerated hand gesture, pointed towards a static display of cookies that was out of our line of sight and stopped above the cookie in question. Still never speaking. My wife asked if that was icing in the center of the cookie and the woman replied in a condescending tone “its mousse” and walked off back to her sifting. She was very rude and unprofessional. Also while we were waiting on our order. Several customers arrived and were greeted by other employees. All except the sifting employee. Crumbl at Juban Crossing? Should be illegal. These cookies are dangerously good—like, “accidentally ate four and blacked out in a frosting haze” good. You walk in just to peek, and suddenly you’re holding a pink box with no regrets.

The smell hits you like a warm, sugary hug, and the weekly rotating flavors? Pure genius. It’s like a dessert lottery every time. They’re soft, rich, and big enough to share—though let’s be honest, you won’t.
