Manager tries to gaslight. I went there to get a sandwich which I go every Tuesday and I asked for honey on top. Itâs never that serious but they made it a serious matter. Kept discussing it and whispering about it afterwards for minutes. Someone had done it previously for me once but if they couldnât that was fine as well. I even asked to get a honey packed instead to make it difficult. The manager and the older lady (cashier) just makes you feel like a fool. You donât know what others are going through and you make them feel unwanted in a place instead of saying âoh you mustâve came off social media with thatâ.. be kind, you never know what someone is going through. So this year on the way to have skin cancer removed we forgot the coupon but knew that they always had coupons on the counter to use. We get there and thereâs no coupons! Coupons that were being left, were picked up by a âmanagerâ that told us you have to have the coupon. The very nice cashier acted as if she was going to help us because we told her the situation and the âmanagerâ walks by and says âno noâ they need the coupon. And the coupon could only be used today and we live in Kenner. So all the years that they had extra coupons now theyâre getting you because you donât have your coupon. Bad for business!    Read moreFor Wednesday Thanksgiving preorder pickup, they had doors open, marked distancing spots, and dividers between check out lines. They gave prearranged times to pick up order to cut down on crowding. Only people with preorders were allowed inside and they had hired a security guard for crowd control. Masks were required and all employees were wearing masks. Pickup took less than 10 minutes, if that long. I hope they do the same as needed in future. Food was great. Would definitely...
