Stopped in here for a couple drinks with a friend. Everything was nice and pleasant until it was time for the drinks to be made. Knowing the pressure of having someone watch you make the drinks and feel like they are hovering over your shoulder, I try to stand back and nonchalantly wait for my drinks. I, from previously working at a different Starbucks location, know how the drinks are supposed to be made. So, I started watching more intently when I saw the guy start on my drink and completely disregard the routine for said drink. As I watched, I was hoping he was making someone else's drink, but my hoping failed me when he called our name. I usually will take whatever I get, but I just wanted what I wanted, which was for my drink to be made how it is supposed to be made. I was also confused since he made the previous drink exactly how it was supposed to be and mine was only a different flavor. I asked for it to be fixed and honestly he made it completely worse. I used to think this particular store was great for following procedure and giving out quality product, but I have been let down too...
Read moreGood morning, today's date is 7/1/2025. Just wanted to give you my feedback of the horrible experience/customer service I received. This is one of my to go places daily before work. I ordered a medium pike; a Carmel frap and a banana nut loaf. Upon arriving to the window Mr. Jason had a horrible attitude, not sure what the problem was. He gave me a lemon loaf when i order a banana loaf. When I told him about it nicely, he took it back and throwed it on the counter. Then someone else came to the window curly blond, not sure of the name. However, they started talking together. Then I got part of my order. Then 5 mins later he gave me my pike mean attituded. We come daily and always embraced with kindness with the wonderful Mrs. Beverly. I am not sure what going on at the at property, but it uses to be on point. Read moreIt is the day after Christmas there-for they should be prepared to be busy, i walk up to order and they tell me it will be a 30 minute wait, and that i cant order frappe-chinos, i asked why and they said they are too busy and it takes too long to make, i order something i didn't even want because they were being lazy, it took 45 mins for me to receive my two drinks, and one wasn't even made right. I checked my receipt and they charged me for a muffin i didn't order or get.. I saw over 10 people get a frappe right in-front of me… the line was ridiculous the customer service was horrible and they had horrible attitudes with the customers.
