Love the store but today we had a very unpleasant experience since the employee got mad because we were asking for different shoes and sizes, of course if they didn’t have any of what we wanted we needed to try something else! She told me I was very undecidable, for real!? then I asked her if they had some shoes in my size and her answer was very rude, she said “do y’all think we know that by brain” really? I’m telling her the shoes I want her to check and she answers that way? I told her she was being very rude and she replied “we are very busy to be wasting our time”, so I just got very mad and we just left. I can say I'm thoroughly disappointed when an employee lies to their customer, and this is what has been done to me. I was told by the employee, “Cameron”, that if unsatisfied they are open to returns within a certain time span. A few days go by I know that what I bought is not what I really wanted and try to return. Once I told them what I would like to return,I was told that the item I bought is nonrefundable and that there is a sign posted for that. I did tell them that I was told I could refund it and and questioned why an employee would tell me I can refund items when that is completely false. The employee of this new day has told me I cannot refund this and I was left to take my things and continue...

Worst shopping experience ever. I was shopping there and made a purchase. After leaving, I went to another store to do some more shopping. I had 6 police officers come in to that store and handcuff me for allegedly shoplifting. They took me back to the store, walking through the middle of the mall on a busy Saturday with handcuffs on, where they had me go to the manager's office at Aldo's to discuss what happened. After speaking to several associates and the manager they said it wasn't me that shoplifted the merchandise. I'm humiliated and embarrassed by even being accused of this. The feeling I had going through my mind was disbelief because of this matter. I will never shop with this...
