Theo's Neighborhood Pizza, Covington — Restaurant in Louisiana

I went to this place with a friend about 2 months ago and the food was great! This was my second time at this location and the service was not inviting and ironically the food (my food) was not the same! I hate to play the race card but I am entitled to my own opinion and experience! When I went with my white friend the first time the food was amazing and the service was great! But when I visited this location by myself, the service was uninviting and for some reason my pizza looked and tasted like it was from the freezer! It didn't look like the pizza from my first visit and it most definitely didn't have a freshly made pizza taste (freezer). So I then shared the pizza with my friends who initially brought me there and they swore that I bought a pizza from Walmart and put it in a Theo's pizza box! Word to the wise........... if your black and not from this area, DON'T EAT HERE! KEEP...

We stopped by here recently for the first time and I don't think we'll come back. I loved the pizza, it was thin crust and overall pretty good. We got a salad which didn't have many toppings on it, it was mostly just romaine lettuce. I'm not sure if it was worth the $8. I think the main thing we all did not like was the customer service. There were a ton of people behind the counter but nobody was friendly, kind, or warm. I don't think people realize how far good customer service goes. I specifically remember saying "thank you" twice and never received a response, or even a smile.. I think management needs to teach and train their employees to be more welcoming and kind.. if the staff would've been friendly, we would be coming back again. But that's...

Unfortunately, we didn’t find the pizza to be good, at all. Crust is thin, which isn’t bad in and of itself, but it was also completely flavorless - almost like a water cracker. Had two pizzas - Hawaiian and Buffalo Chicken, and didn’t like either. Not enough sauce on either pizza, chicken was bland and barely tasted any buffalo sauce/flavor on that pie, and the Hawaiian one was just meh with barely any sauce and was extremely light on toppings, which was odd because the buffalo pie was piled with toppings - none of which had much flavor unfortunately.
